Under the direction of Kerry Foley, the Valleyaires seek and practice excellence in the unique a cappella artform known as Barbershop. Rehearsals are on Monday evenings, March through May, culminating with a public performance on June 1 at IUSB. The chorus provides extensive vocal training, and as part of the Barbershop Harmony Society, offers a brotherhood of more than 20,000 singers across North America. Opportunities for quartet singing may also be available.

Co-Director/Clinician-in-Residence Scott Kitzmiller is a world-renowned vocal coach, director, and arranger, known for his work with many International championship quartets and choruses, including recording artists Instant Classic, Forefront, and The Newfangled Four.
